By using Drey, you agree to these terms with Drey. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

Drey helps you explore visual directions, preview placement and communicate with a tattoo artist. AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for tattooing. A qualified artist must adapt and approve the final artwork, dimensions and application.

Drey does not provide medical, dermatological, safety or professional tattoo advice.

• You keep your rights in prompts, photos, references and project content.
• You give Drey a limited permission to host, process and transform that content only to operate requested features.
• You must have permission to upload a person’s image, artwork, trademark or other protected material.

Do not use Drey for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive or rights-infringing content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; hate or extremist promotion; impersonation; malware; or attempts to bypass security, usage or payment controls.

• The app shows the credit cost before each paid generation. Failed eligible jobs return reserved credits exactly once.
• Once purchases launch, Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment and applies its purchase, cancellation and refund rules. Displayed prices come from the store.
• Purchased top-up credits do not expire unless a store refund, chargeback, fraud correction or law requires balance adjustment. Promotional credits may have a clearly disclosed expiry.

Protect your credentials and revoke share links you no longer want active. Anyone with an active capability link can view only the items selected for that link. You may delete individual body photos or permanently delete the account and associated Drey data.

We work to keep Drey reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular AI result. Features may change for quality, security, legal or platform reasons. Material changes to these terms will be dated and, when appropriate, announced in the app.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drey is provided as available and is not liable for a tattooing decision, third-party artist service, store or network outage, or use of content contrary to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
