Direct support

A real person reads every message.

Include your app version, device model and a short description. Share a project ID instead of private images.

Generation or missing credit

  • Open the project again; durable jobs continue after the app closes.
  • A terminal eligible failure automatically returns reserved credit once.
  • If state is unchanged after several minutes, email the project ID and approximate time.

Purchase or refund

Purchases are not active in the current beta. Once enabled, restore purchases from Profile. Apple or Google handles payment refunds under its store rules; Drey support can investigate missing entitlements using a redacted order ID.

Delete photos or account

Delete a body photo from its try-on editor. Delete the full account from Profile, or use the public page after uninstalling the app.

Safety or rights report

Report illegal, non-consensual, hateful, exploitative or rights-infringing content by email. Include the share URL or project identifier and the reason; do not forward unnecessary sensitive media.
